the backstory

I used to create plans that overwhelmed me. Plans that would sit collecting dust and then just made me feel like a failure.

I am a CPA, CGA, I was a corporate, ladder claiming accountant until one day I didn't want to climb the ladder anymore. That is when I jumped ship and joined my husband in his business.

But I struggled with the transition.

I also noticed that my husband ran his business by luck. He didn't make plans, didn't have processes, and had no idea how much he was earning from one day to the next.

I came in and changed it. I built processes, systems and created a planning process.

A planning process that didn't work

Then I realized what worked in the big corporate world didn't exactly work for our small business. It had to be modified. I had to scale it and change it. Today we have a system that works across three businesses of various sizes.

This is the process I will teach you!
